About Us

Gaudenzia Erie, Inc. is comprised of three treatment facilities in Erie, Pennsylvania: Crossroads, Dr. Snow Halfway House for Men, and Community House for Women and Children. We provide a complete continuum of care, including detox, residential,dual diagnosis, outpatient and halfway house services.

The administrative office is located at 414 W. 5th St., Erie, PA 16507. The Executive Director is Ms. Nicole Bolash.

Gaudenzia Erie is also accredited by the ACA (American Corrections Association), which provides rigorous standards for the professional operation of our facility.

Graduate Program

Every year Gaudenzia celebrates the recovery of our residents during the agency's annual graduation ceremonies.
